I have long dreamed of producing good quality knitted garments but finding the right outlet has been a problem. With the web, I can now do so and produce items especially for customers. I keep a limited stock of cobweb scarves, but most items are made to order, ensuring the personal touch.

I only use wool from Jamieson & Smith on Shetland as their wool is all locally produced and is of an excellent quality. Hand knitted products far outlast machine knitting and really is not difficult to care for.  Items should be hand washed in lukewarm water and rinsed in water the same temperature to prevent felting and shrinking. They should be dried out of direct sunlight, preferably spread flat.
